Role Description:
We are looking for an Embedded Software Engineer to develop, test, debug, and maintain firmware for embedded products, instruments, machines, and control systems.
The engineer will work closely with the R&D and hardware teams on firmware development, hardware-software integration, product testing, troubleshooting, and new product development.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop embedded firmware using C/C++.
Work with STM32, PIC/PIC32, ESP32, Arduino, and Raspberry Pi.
Interface sensors, displays, relays, motors, and other peripherals.
Work with GPIO, ADC, PWM, Timers, UART, I2C, SPI, and CAN.
Debug firmware and hardware-related issues.
Perform unit and integration testing.
Read circuit schematics, datasheets, and technical documentation.
Support prototype testing, product development, and production troubleshooting.
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of Embedded C/C++ and basic knowledge of python.
Basic knowledge of electronics and hardware interfacing.
Experience with microcontrollers such as STM32, PIC32, ESP32, or Arduino.
Knowledge of UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, RS232/RS485.
Familiarity with tools such as STM32CubeIDE, MPLAB, Arduino IDE, PlatformIO, VS Code, Git.
Basic experience with oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and debuggers.
Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electronics, E&TC, Electrical, Instrumentation, Embedded Systems, or a related field.
Candidate Profile:
The candidate should have strong problem-solving and debugging skills, good attention to detail, and a practical understanding of both firmware and electronics. The ability to work effectively with R&D, hardware, and production teams is important.
