🎯 We're Looking For:
✔️ Minimum 4+ years of Inside Sales experience (B2B/B2C)
✔️ Agriculture industry experience is an added advantage
✔️ Strong communication, negotiation, and client handling skills
✔️ Expertise in lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
✔️ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
💼 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Generate and convert quality leads
✅ Build long-term customer relationships
✅ Drive revenue through effective inside sales strategies
✅ Maintain CRM and sales reports
✅ Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution
✅ Stay updated with market trends and customer needs
🎓 Eligibility:
• HSC / Graduate (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
