Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Sr. Branch Head. The Sr. Branch Head will oversee daily branch operations, ensure the achievement of sales targets, develop and implement strategic plans, and build strong client and partner relationships. Additional responsibilities include supervising team performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing budgets, and optimizing resource allocation to meet key business objectives.
Qualifications
- Management and leadership expertise with a proven track record in team management and strategic planning
- Excellent communication, customer relationship management, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge in insurance sales, operations, and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in budgeting, goal setting, and performance tracking
- Ability to inspire, mentor, and motivate employees to meet organizational goals
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in a similar role within the insurance or financial services industry is advantageous
