We are looking for a VERY STRONG SQL / DATABASE PROFESSIONAL for a senior leadership opportunity in Pune.
This is a role for someone who can go deep technically into SQL Server and T-SQL while also leading enterprise-scale Database Operations.

🔥 THIS IS A SQL-HEAVY ROLE
We are specifically looking for candidates with strong hands-on expertise in:
• Microsoft SQL Server — PRIMARY SKILL
• Advanced T-SQL
• Complex query optimization & performance tuning
• Indexing & query plan analysis
• AlwaysOn Availability Groups
• Failover Clustering & Log Shipping
• SSIS | SSRS | SSAS
• PowerShell & database automation
• Oracle & PostgreSQL
• Azure IaaS / PaaS database technologies
• High Availability & Disaster Recovery
• Enterprise database monitoring & troubleshooting
The role also involves leading and mentoring Database Administrators, managing critical incidents, driving automation and shaping database platform strategy.

✅ 8+ years of database administration / engineering experience
