We facilitate sportspersons, working professionals, students, parents and teams build psychological skills to, perform better, and live well. Our work is evidence and science based, and covers mind performance, sports psychology, child psychology, group and team work, and workshops.
One of our core focus areas is working with athletes from amateur to professional level across age groups.
About the Role
We are hiring a Sports Psychologist to work directly with athletes in one-to-one and group settings. You will run sessions, conduct assessments, document progress and design plans of action that help athletes and teams reach their goals.
You will also be actively involved in contributing to the design and development of psychology programs and curriculums for athletes, teams and workshops.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct & observe one-to-one sessions with athletes of all age groups.
• Facilitate group sessions and workshops for teams and squads
• Conduct sports psychological assessments and prepare clear reports
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, plans, assessments and progress reports
• Prepare a structured session summary and present a clear plan of action to each athlete
• Assist in developing well-being and performance programs for individuals and teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to help individuals and teams meet their needs and goals
• Stay current with research and best practice in sports, child, and performance psychology.
Qualifications and Experience
• MSc/MA in Sports Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology or an equivalent degree
• 1–3 years of experience working with athletes at amateur, semi-professional or professional level (mandatory)
• Experience working one-to-one with athletes across age groups.
Skills and Requirements
• Fluency in English (ability to speak in Hindi or any other regional language would be beneficial) with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals and groups.
• Strong organization & Planning skills.
• Working proficiency with digital tools and platforms such as Claude, Excel, and Google Workspace
• Comfort facilitating group sessions
• Ability to adapt, learn quickly, identify problems, and to find solutions in a business settings
Location and Travel
• Based in Whitefield, Bengaluru
• This role may require travel within Bangalore.
