Requirements
- Masters in Clinical Psychology or Counselling Psychology
- Strong clinical and counselling skills
- Experience in assessment, case management and therapy planning
- Experience with suicide risk, trauma-informed modalities a plus
- Excellent communication and training delivery skills
- Strong documentation and reporting abilities
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines
- Stakeholder coordination and operational management skills
- Willingness to travel and work in field-based settings
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and counselling services as per project requirements
- Conduct clinical screening for SRPF personnel and prepare detailed reports
- Manage client intake, assessment and caseloads involving short-term and long-term mental health concerns
- Develop, implement and review individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Prepare and submit clinical session notes on a weekly basis
- Develop and customize content for workshops, webinars and training sessions
- Conduct mental health awareness sessions and training for officers, personnel and families
- Manage end-to-end planning, scheduling and delivery of services and activities
- Support overall project implementation and participate in meetings
FOCUS: Support mental well-being of SRPF personnel through clinical services, outreach and awareness
