Have you studied Psychology and interested in children, parenting and child development?
Ospira is looking for a Psychology Intern who can help us understand psychology data and turn it into simple, practical guidance for parents.
What will you do?
You will work with our team on:
- Reading and understanding psychology and child development research
- Working with psychology assessment data
- Finding important patterns in children's strengths, behaviour and development
- Helping create parenting guidelines and protocols
- Creating simple activities and suggestions that parents can use with their children
- Helping convert psychology concepts into easy-to-understand language for parents
- Supporting the development of our child development and parenting programmes
Who are we looking for?
You should:
- Have studied Psychology / Applied Psychology / Child Psychology or a related subject
- Have an interest in children and parenting
- Be comfortable working with numbers, data and research
- Have good reading and writing skills
- Be willing to learn and ask questions
- Be able to work carefully and follow a structured process
- Have a genuine interest in understanding why children think, feel and behave differently
What will you learn?
This internship will give you practical experience in: Psychology → Assessment Data → Child Insights → Parenting Guidance. You will see how psychological knowledge can be used to create practical tools that can help parents understand and support their children better.
📍 Location: Hybrid (HSR Layout, Bangalore) / Remote
⏳ Duration: 3 months
💼 Internship: Full-time
