We are looking for a sharp Talent Sourcing Specialist with deep domain experience in Semiconductor, Hardware, and VLSI to evaluate and qualify candidates for our US hiring pipeline!

Role: Sourcing Specialist
Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)
Shift: Night Shift (1PM-10 PM )
Employment Type: Permanent
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 4-7 years of core sourcing, screening and candidate evaluation experience in UK/Domestic IT Recruitment.
- Mandatory: Prior experience screening candidates in the Semiconductor / Hardware / VLSI domains.
- Expertise in conducting initial technical/domain screening calls, evaluating candidate profiles against complex job specifics, and assessing overall fit.
- Strong understanding of US employment types, visa classifications, and domain-specific terminology.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to deliver a high-quality candidate assessment experience.
