Talent Sourcer – US Staffing

About the Role
We are looking for a self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented Talent Sourcer with hands-on experience in US recruitment/staffing. The ideal candidate should be proactive, comfortable working independently, and passionate about identifying and engaging high-quality talent
.We prefer candidates with a technical or IT background, as the role involves sourcing for technical and specialized positions across the US market

EducationBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.Candidates with a technical/IT educational background will be given preference.
Key Responsibilit
- iesSource candidates for US-based IT and Non-IT positions.Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other US job boards to identify qualified candidates.
- Apply advanced Boolean search and X-ray sourcing techniques to identify active and passive talent.
- Understand job descriptions and quickly identify the key technical skills and candidate profiles required for each position.Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.Conduct initial candidate screening and validate skills, experience, visa/work authorization, availability, location, and compensation expectatio
- ns.Understand US employment/tax terms including W2, C2C, and 1099.Understand common US visa/work authorization categories including USC, GC, H1B, OPT, and CPT.Collaborate closely with recruiters and account managers to meet submission and hiring targets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in ATS/CRM systems.Follow up consistently with candidates and maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills & Qualifications3+ years of experience in US staffing/recruitment sourcing.
Strong expertise in Boolean search and X-ray sourcing.Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, or similar US job portals.Good understanding of US visas/work authorization and employment/tax terms.Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to understand technical terminology, skills, and job requirements.Experience sourcing for IT/technical roles is strongly preferred.Technical/IT educational or professional background is preferred.
