- Talent Sourcing
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and Boolean/X-Ray search.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Candidate Identification Screening
- Review resumes and identify candidates matching job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess experience, skills, and availability.
- Talent Mapping
- Perform market mapping and competitor research to identify niche and passive talent.
- Maintain an updated database of potential candidates for recurring and critical roles.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of quality candidate profiles within defined TATs.
- Candidate Engagement
- Connect with prospective candidates, explain job opportunities, and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
- Data Management Reporting
- Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing trackers.
- Prepare sourcing MIS reports and monitor key sourcing metrics.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 3-8 years of experience in sourcing/recruitment, preferably in a recruitment consultancy or executive search firm.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job portals, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, and other sourcing tools.
- Strong knowledge of talent mapping and passive candidate sourcing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
