Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sourcing Manager located in Mahim, Mumbai. The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for Building & maintaining broker/CP relationships, generate quality leads through broker network, onboard new channel partners and achieve lead generation targets etc.
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sourcing and broker management
- Well connected in local CP's/Brokers
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated & target oriented.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
