Key Responsibilities :
• Lead and mentor the Corporate Relations team to achieve placement goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with HRs, Talent Acquisition Heads, Hiring Managers, and Founders.
• Develop strategic corporate partnerships and drive bulk hiring initiatives.
• Plan and execute corporate engagement strategies to maximize placement opportunities.
• Monitor team performance, corporate outreach, and company visit conversions.
• Coordinate with branch teams for seamless placement execution.
• Track performance through MIS reports and implement continuous improvements.
We're Looking For :
✔ 3–10 years of experience in Corporate Relations, Placements, Talent Acquisition, or Business Development.
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Experience in corporate networking and partnership development.
✔ Graduate/Master's Degree (preferred).
