🚨 Hiring | Solution Architect – On-Prem Platforms & AI/LLM
📍 Location: Mumbai
💼 Experience: 14–16 Years
💰 CTC: Up to ₹66 LPA (including 25% variable)
🏢 Work Environment: Enterprise | On-Prem | Regulated Environment
We are looking for a technically strong Solution Architect / Technology Leader with deep experience in designing and delivering large-scale on-premise enterprise platforms and microservices architectures.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end architecture for large-scale on-prem microservices platforms
• Drive scalable, resilient and secure solutions using Java & Spring Boot
• Define reference architectures, coding standards and engineering best practices
• Govern APIs, messaging, databases, observability and security
• Drive adoption of on-prem AI / LLM solutions with strong data controls
• Mentor senior engineers and tech leads
• Work closely with Product, Security and Infrastructure teams
🔹 Mandatory Technical Skills
✅ Java 17+/21 & Spring Boot 3.x
✅ Microservices Architecture
✅ Spring Cloud – API Gateway, Config, Eureka
✅ Apache Kafka – On-Prem / HA / Performance Tuning
✅ Oracle 19c & Liquibase
✅ REST APIs, OpenAPI / Swagger
✅ Micrometer, OpenTelemetry, ELK / Elasticsearch
✅ HTTPS, Certificates & Restricted Networks
✅ Git & On-Prem CI/CD
✅ SonarQube / Checkmarx
✅ Resilience4j, Actuator, Logging & Monitoring
🤖 AI / LLM – On-Prem
• LLM deployment using Docker / Kubernetes / Bare Metal
• Exposure to LLaMA, Mistral, Qwen or similar open-source models
• RAG architecture using enterprise data
• AI security, governance and Human-in-the-Loop controls
🎯 Ideal Profile
• 14–16 years of overall experience
• Strong Solution Architecture + hands-on technical background
• Significant on-prem enterprise platform experience
• BFSI / Financial Markets / Banking / Payments / Government / Telecom experience preferred
• Candidates should be currently working; avoid profiles with long career gaps
• Mumbai-based candidates preferred
