Position Title: Solution Architect

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with 12+ years of experience in VDI, virtualization, deployment, presales, and customer-facing technical engagements.
🔹 Key Technical Skills
• 12+ years of experience in Infrastructure / Solution Architecture
• Strong expertise in VDI and Virtualization
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux OS
• Expertise in Networking, Storage, Active Directory, DNS, File Servers and Security
• Hands-on experience designing VDI and Application Virtualization solutions
• Experience with large-scale environment sizing and architecture
• Experience handling enterprise and strategic customers
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and Linux environments
• Strong Presales, customer engagement and account management experience
• Ability to mentor teams and drive technical enablement and organizational learning
🔹 Good to Have
• IAM / Identity & Access Management
• Cybersecurity products and ZTNA
• DevOps practices and infrastructure automation
• Monitoring and infrastructure management tools
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Architect, design and implement secure, scalable EUC / Digital Workspace solutions
• Work closely with Engineering teams to align infrastructure solutions with product roadmaps
• Partner with Presales teams for solution design, technical bootcamps and enablement
• Create and contribute to blogs, white papers, validated designs, architecture templates and design documents
• Collaborate with L&D teams to develop and deliver technical training
• Act as a trusted technology advisor to customers and internal teams
• Upskill Professional Services and Technical Support teams
• Perform quality assurance for technical documentation created by Professional Services and Presales teams
• Represent the organization as a Technology Leader in front of enterprise customers
