PHINIX ROADTECH is expanding its Sales & Marketing Team and looking for motivated, result-oriented professionals to grow our business in the Road Construction & Infrastructure Machinery Industry.
We are looking for people who can understand B2B industrial sales, generate new business opportunities, build customer relationships and convert enquiries into orders.
๐น What Youโll Be Responsible For:
- Sales & Marketing of road construction and infrastructure machinery
- B2B Lead Generation through LinkedIn, email, calls, online platforms and other channels
- Identifying and approaching road contractors, EPC companies, infrastructure companies, RMC companies, dealers, distributors and machinery buyers
- Handling customer enquiries and daily follow-ups
- Preparing, sending and managing commercial & technical quotations
- Managing leads from enquiry โ follow-up โ negotiation โ order
- Email Marketing and customer database management
- Digital marketing and promotion of company products
- Developing new domestic & international customers
- Coordinating with the technical/engineering and manufacturing teams
- Maintaining regular communication with existing and potential customers
- Supporting export sales and international business development

๐น Who Weโre Looking For:
- Experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development or B2B Sales
- Experience in industrial machinery / construction / infrastructure / engineering products will be an advantage
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to generate and follow up leads independently
- Strong customer relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with daily calling, email communication and follow-ups
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, CRM and LinkedIn
- Willingness to learn technical products and understand customer requirements
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply
