Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop backend services and REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot within a microservices architecture.
- Design and implement database interactions using SQL, ensuring correctness, performance, and maintainability.
- Build, package, and deploy services in a Tanzu/Kubernetes environment, supporting reliable releases.
- Collaborate on service-to-service integrations, observability, and troubleshooting in production.
- Contribute to testing and quality practices for backend services, including regression coverage and release readiness.
Skills Required:
- 6 - 12 years of relevant backend engineering experience
- Java (including common resume variants like java)
- Microservices experience (micro services / microservices)
- Spring Boot (spring boot / springboot)
- Tanzu (tanzu)
- SQL (sql)
Good to Have:
- AWS (aws / amazon web services)
- MySQL (mysql)
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
