Job Title: Senior Golang Developer

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Golang (Go) Developer to build scalable, high-performance backend systems and microservices. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Go programming, system design, and distributed architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Golang
- Build and optimize microservices architecture
- Develop high-performance RESTful APIs and backend systems
- Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams for end-to-end delivery
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance
- Ensure quality through unit testing and integration testing
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–6 years of software development experience with strong Golang expertise
- Solid understanding of concurrency (goroutines, channels)
- Strong experience with microservices and REST APIs
- Knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems
- Experience working in Linux/Unix environments
Good to Have
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Knowledge of message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions
- Understanding of distributed systems and system design
