• Strong language skills, with the ability to train and engage students across varied proficiency levels
• Outstanding anchoring and stage-hosting skills — confident managing events and engaging large audiences
• Ability to design and conduct interactive workshops, seminars, and student engagement activities
• Comfortable using presentation tools, activity-based learning methods, and structured training modules
• A collaborative mindset — willing to work closely with cross-functional teams including Student Success and academics
• Prior experience in training, teaching, or corporate learning & development is preferred
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver impactful life skills, soft skills, and employability training sessions tailored to student cohorts
• Design training content, activities, and assessment frameworks for personality development and interview readiness
• Mentor students individually and in groups on communication, presentation, body language, and professional etiquette
• Anchor and host institutional events, workshops, orientation sessions, and ceremonies with confidence and polish
• Foster confidence, leadership, and professional readiness among students through structured engagement
• Actively collaborate with the Student Success team supporting student engagement initiatives and contributing directly
to student outcomes and academic success
• Track and report on student progress in soft skills and communication development, feeding insights back to the Student
Success and academic teams
• Support campus events, competitions, and co-curricular activities that build a vibrant campus culture
• Stay current with best practices in soft skills training, communication pedagogy, and employability trends
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's or Master's or PhD degree in any discipline; specialization in Communication, English, Psychology, or HR is a plus
• 0–4 years of experience in training, teaching, or corporate learning & development; freshers with strong soft skills and
stage confidence are encouraged to apply
• Demonstrated experience in public speaking, anchoring, or event hosting (professional or academic settings)
• Certification in soft skills training, NLP, or personality development is an added advantage
