As our student community continues to grow, we are looking for a passionate Stock Market Trainer / Market Mentor who can join our team and help us deliver high-quality market education.
Role Overview
We are looking for someone who can teach, mentor, and guide students in the stock market with a strong focus on practical understanding.
The ideal candidate should be able to take a beginner who knows very little about the market and gradually help them understand concepts, analyse charts/data, develop trading strategies, and make informed decisions.
This is not just a presentation-based teaching role.
We are looking for someone who genuinely understands the markets and can explain concepts in a simple, practical and beginner-friendly manner.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct live and interactive stock market training sessions.
Teach students from beginner to advanced levels.
Explain technical and fundamental concepts in a simple manner.
Conduct practical chart-analysis sessions.
Teach market structure, price action, support & resistance, indicators and other relevant technical-analysis concepts.
Train students in options trading, particularly options buying, including CE, PE, strike prices, option chains, OI and related market data.
Explain how to analyse market movements and identify potential setups.
Conduct live-market analysis and market-recap sessions.
Help students understand risk management, trading psychology and discipline.
Review students' assignments, trades and analytical work.
Answer student questions and provide mentorship outside regular sessions when required.
Continuously update course content based on market developments and evolving trading practices.
Maintain a professional and engaging learning environment.
What We're Looking For
Must Have:
- Strong practical knowledge of the Indian Stock Market.
- Good understanding of NSE, Nifty, Bank Nifty, equities and derivatives.
- Strong understanding of technical analysis and price action.
- Good knowledge of options and options buying.
- Ability to read and explain charts.
- Understanding of risk management and trading psychology.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for beginners.
- Genuine interest in teaching and mentoring students.
⭐ Strongly Preferred
- Malayalam + English proficiency.
- Prior experience as a stock market trainer, mentor, analyst or educator.
- Experience conducting live-market sessions.
- Practical experience in trading/investing.
- Experience working with beginner-level students.
- Ability to create educational content for Instagram, YouTube or other social-media platforms.
Malayalam is particularly important for this role, as a significant portion of our student community is from Kerala. The ability to comfortably explain concepts in Malayalam while using English financial terminology when appropriate would be a major advantage.
🎓 Educational Qualification
A degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
For us, practical market knowledge, teaching ability and communication skills are more important than having a specific degree.
Relevant certifications such as NISM certifications will be an added advantage.
