Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to promote IKW Designs’ collections and brand story. The specialist will manage daily social media activities, including copywriting, asset coordination with designers, scheduling posts, monitoring comments, and responding to inquiries in a brand-consistent manner. They will track performance metrics, analyze audience insights, and recommend data-driven improvements to campaigns. The role also includes collaborating with marketing and design teams on digital campaigns, influencer partnerships, and brand initiatives that support growth and community engagement.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
- Candidates should possess solid capabilities in Digital Marketing and broader Marketing strategies.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for engaging audiences and collaborating with internal teams.
- Experience with social media analytics tools, content scheduling platforms, and basic graphic or video editing is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands and familiarity with current fashion trends will be an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
