Company: UltraCare PRO (Zealmax Innovations Pvt. Ltd.) Experience: 1–3 years Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive who can take ownership of UltraCare PRO's social media presence and turn ideas into engaging, relevant, and brand-aligned content.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, a good eye for creative content, excellent communication skills, and the ability to stay ahead of trends. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to plan, create, publish, and optimize content across UltraCare PRO's social media channels, and to run our influencer marketing programme end to end.
Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management
- Manage the day-to-day presence across UltraCare PRO's channels, with Instagram and YouTube as primary platforms, followed by LinkedIn.
- Maintain secondary channels (Facebook, Reddit) in line with the overall content plan.
- Plan and maintain monthly and weekly content calendars across all platforms.
- Schedule and publish posts consistently.
- Ensure all content follows UltraCare PRO's tone, messaging, and visual identity.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience interactions.
2. Content Planning & Creation
- Develop creative content ideas based on brand objectives, campaigns, events, product launches, and industry trends.
- Write engaging captions, post copy, hooks, and short-form content.
- Work with designers and video editors to create high-quality social media creatives.
- Identify opportunities to turn company activities, events, insights, and industry developments into social content.
- Repurpose existing content into different formats suitable for different platforms.
3. Influencer Marketing
- Identify and shortlist influencers and creators relevant to UltraCare PRO's categories, audience, and campaign objectives.
- Handle outreach, negotiation, commercials, and contracting with influencers and their agencies.
- Brief creators clearly on product usage, messaging, claims, do's and don'ts, and deliverables.
- Track deliverables, timelines, approvals, and payments through to completion.
- Analyse influencer performance against agreed metrics — reach, views, engagement, cost per view, cost per engagement, clicks, and conversions.
- Maintain a running influencer database with past performance, rates, and category fit.
- Continuously refine the influencer strategy — creator mix, content formats, briefs, and commercial terms — based on what the performance data shows.
4. Instagram, YouTube & Short-Form Content
- Develop ideas and scripts for Reels, Shorts, and long-form YouTube videos.
- Coordinate with the creative team for production, editing, and delivery.
- Write titles, descriptions, thumbnails briefs, and tags that improve discovery on YouTube.
- Identify opportunities for educational, informative, entertaining, and trend-based video content.
- Understand what makes short-form content engaging and shareable, and apply it consistently.
5. Trends & Social Media Insights
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, hashtags, memes, and content styles.
- Identify trending topics that are relevant to UltraCare PRO.
- Experiment with new content formats and ideas.
- Monitor competitor and industry social media activity and identify opportunities.
6. Community Management
- Respond to comments, messages, and relevant audience interactions in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor brand mentions and conversations.
- Build and maintain meaningful engagement with the online community.
7. Analytics & Reporting
- Track key metrics across platforms — reach, impressions, engagement, followers, watch time, retention, clicks, and conversions.
- Prepare regular social media and influencer performance reports.
- Identify high-performing and underperforming content and creators.
- Use insights to improve future content, influencer selection, and overall social media strategy.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management, Social Media Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Content Marketing, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms, particularly Instagram and YouTube, followed by LinkedIn.
- Hands-on experience running influencer collaborations, including shortlisting, outreach, and performance tracking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
- Good understanding of social media trends and audience behaviour.
- Comfort with platform analytics and basic reporting in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple content pieces and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketing teams.
Good to Have
- Exposure to health, wellness, fitness, or D2C consumer brands.
- Familiarity with influencer discovery and tracking tools.
- Basic hands-on ability with editing or design tools (CapCut, Canva, or similar) for quick turnarounds.
