🚀 What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day social media activities for Digital Maestros and client brands.
- Create and maintain monthly content calendars.
- Plan and coordinate Reels, carousels, Stories, posts, and other social media content.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, and basic social media copy.
- Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and trending audio.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content writers for content creation.
- Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
- Track social media performance and prepare basic monthly reports.
- Analyze content performance and suggest improvements.
- Research competitors and identify new content ideas and trends.
- Assist in social media campaigns and brand promotions.
- Explore AI tools like ChatGPT to improve content ideas and workflows.
✅ What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management/Execution.
- Agency experience will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and content formats.
- Good caption writing and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of content strategy and social media analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT is a plus.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with designers, video editors, and other team members.
