About us :
At Closer, we specialize in crafting impactful User Generated Content - UGC ads that amplify the brand’s presence and drive higher ROAS in performance campaigns and influencer marketing campaigns. We collaborate with a diverse network of creators to produce authentic, engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive with 1-2 years of Experience who will manage the company’s social media presence, create engaging content across platforms, and confidently represent the brand as an on-camera face in reels, videos, and other social media content.
Working Days : Monday to Saturday
Working Timings :10:30 AM- 6:30PM
Salary : 30- 35k
Location : Connaught Place ( Onsite)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the company’s Instagram and LinkedIn accounts, including content scheduling, publishing, and community engagement.
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with the company’s brand voice and visual identity.
- Create carousels, static posts, stories, reels, short-form videos, captions, hooks, and platform-specific copy.
- Serve as an on-camera face of the company for reels, workplace content, events, and behind-the-scenes videos.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and internal teams for content production.
- Research industry trends, trending formats, audio, and competitor activity to develop fresh content ideas.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare weekly and monthly reports to improve reach, engagement, and follower growth.
Requirements -
- Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn
- 1-2 Years of Experience
- Experience in creating carousels and short-form social media content.
- Good copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
- Basic video shooting and editing skills would be preferred.
- Strong awareness of social media trends and platform updates.
- Ability to manage multiple platforms and meet content deadlines.
- Bachelors in marketing or related fields
