JOB DESCRIPTION
🥊 BoxFit is hiring a Social Media Executive who lives behind the camera.
Before anything else, read this:
This is a hands-on SHOOTING role. You will be on the studio floor 5 days a week, phone in hand, filming classes, coaches, members and events. Then editing it the same day. If you prefer planning from a desk, or aren't comfortable filming people and talking to them, this role is not for you. Please don't apply.
About the role
You'll run BoxFit's Instagram and YouTube end to end. Shoot it, edit it, post it, track it, repeat. You'll work directly with our Head of Social Media and be part of a small team where your work goes live every single day.
What you'll do every day
✅ Shoot Reels, Stories and BTS at our South Delhi studios (GK, Defence Colony, Vasant Vihar)
✅ Direct coaches and members on camera, brief them, make them comfortable, get the take
✅ Edit fast on VN / CapCut / InShot (Premiere Pro is a bonus)
✅ Post daily Reels and Stories, reply to comments in the brand voice
✅ Write hooks, captions and scripts that stop the scroll
✅ Plan shoots, coordinate with coaches, keep the content calendar moving
✅ Cover events, challenges and community days
✅ Run influencer and creator collaborations
✅ Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini) to work faster and smarter
✅ Track what works, drop what doesn't
You're a fit if
✅ You have 1 to 2 years of experience shooting and editing short-form video (freelance counts)
✅ You're based in Delhi, ideally South Delhi, and can commute to our studios daily
✅ You speak and write English confidently. You'll be talking to our members, coaches and premium clients all day
✅ You're comfortable approaching people with a camera
✅ You can show us Reels you've actually made
