💰 Compensation
Intern: ₹7,000 – ₹15,000/month + Performance Incentives + PPO Opportunity
Full-Time: Up to ₹4.5 LPA (Based on Experience & Performance)

🌟 What You'll Do
- Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook & other platforms
- Plan, schedule, and publish content using Meta Business Suite, Buffer, etc.
- Collaborate with the design team to create Reels, Carousels, Stories & Videos
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and viral content
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages
- Coordinate with influencers and brand partners
- Track campaign performance and optimize content using insights
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance creativity and productivity
- Support branding and marketing campaigns across multiple business verticals

- CapCut / VN Editor (Preferred)

BYOD Policy: Candidates are expected to use their own laptop. All required software and platform access will be provided.
✅ Who Should Apply?
- 6 months–2 years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, or Content Marketing
- Freshers with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply
- Students/Graduates in Marketing, Media, Journalism, Mass Communication, Advertising, or related fields
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn & Facebook
- Excellent English communication and copywriting skills
- Comfortable appearing on camera for reels and short-form videos
- Basic knowledge of Canva and video editing tools
- Passion for startups, branding, entrepreneurship, and digital marketing
- Creative, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment
