About The Role
Ergate Enterprise is a social media management company working with international clients across multiple industries.
We’re looking for a smart, sincere, humble and creative female Social Media Management Assistant who wants to build a long-term career in social media.
You’ll work directly with the Founder, assisting with the day-to-day management of social media clients. Full training and guidance will be provided.
What You’ll Do, Full training will be provided for all tasks:
- Social media & competitor research
- Content and Reel ideation
- Assisting with captions and content creation
- Posting & scheduling content
- Engagement and community management
- Social media growth activities
- Trend, hashtag and keyword research
- Maintaining content calendars and trackers
- Assisting with day-to-day client account management
Work Structure
This is a hybrid, full-time position.
🏢 2 days per week: Work in person with the Founder from BKC or Chembur
🏠 Remaining days: Work from home
- You must be comfortable travelling to both BKC and Chembur when required.
- Office days: Generally, around 10 AM–5 PM, with flexibility depending on workload, traffic and weather.
- WFH days: Approximately 8 hours of work per day, but your working hours can be flexible. Some social media/mobile-based tasks may need to be completed in the morning or evening.
4 We care more about responsibility, availability and getting the work done than unnecessarily rigid working hours.
