Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support Rumri’s online presence by assisting with planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting posts, designing basic visual content, scheduling updates, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments or messages in line with brand guidelines. The intern will help track performance metrics, conduct basic competitor and trend research, and suggest improvements to campaigns based on insights. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune, where the intern will collaborate closely with the marketing team and participate in regular brainstorming and review sessions.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for clear, engaging messaging.
- Candidates should have basic familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X) and their best practices.
- Candidates should demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Candidates should be comfortable using common design or content tools (e.g., Canva, basic photo/video editing tools) and office productivity software.
- Candidates should be pursuing or have recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (or have equivalent practical experience).
- Candidates should be able to work collaboratively on-site in Pune Division and manage time effectively in a full-time schedule.
