Role Description The Junior Social Media Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role involves supporting daily social media activities, including creating and scheduling posts, helping manage social media calendars, and monitoring engagement across platforms. The intern will assist with basic content creation, such as captions, visuals coordination, and short-form copy aligned with brand guidelines. Responsibilities also include tracking performance metrics, conducting competitor and trend research, and collaborating with the marketing team on campaigns. The intern will contribute to brainstorming ideas for social media growth and ensure timely responses and consistent brand presence across all channels.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated interest and basic skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
- Foundational knowledge of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles.
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow guidelines, and work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
- Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and basic analytics tools is an advantage.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and an interest in e-commerce and online trends are highly beneficial.
