Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support the planning and execution of social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and scheduling content, monitoring engagement, responding to comments, and assisting in community management. The intern will help track performance metrics, conduct basic competitor and trend research, and collaborate with the marketing and design teams to maintain brand consistency. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, offering hands-on experience in digital marketing within a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, including planning posts, drafting copy, and optimizing content for different platforms.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles, such as campaign objectives, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate in a team setting.
- Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, scheduling platforms) and an interest in analytics and reporting.
- Pursuing or having completed a degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
- Creative mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new tools and trends in social media and digital marketing.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune Division and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
