Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager / Content Strategist role based in Delhi, India. The role involves developing and executing social media strategies across platforms, planning content calendars, and aligning content with brand objectives and campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include creating and editing social media posts, writing copy, optimizing content for reach and engagement, and monitoring performance metrics and analytics. The person in this role will manage community interactions, respond to comments and messages, collaborate with internal teams and creative partners, and stay updated on trends in social media and digital content. The position requires proactive idea generation and consistent brand storytelling to grow PostPort’s online presence and community.
Qualifications
- Strong social media marketing and social media optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand accounts across major platforms.
- Ability to develop and execute content strategy, including planning campaigns and maintaining structured content calendars.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with a focus on clear, engaging, and brand-consistent messaging.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic performance reporting to guide data-informed decisions.
- Creativity in ideating multimedia content (text, image, video, reels) and collaborating with designers and other creatives.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Prior experience in social media, digital marketing, or content strategy roles; experience in creative or media industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
