Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India for a Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager. The role involves designing digital and print graphics for products, marketing campaigns, and brand assets, including layouts for social media, website, and promotional materials. The team member will manage social media channels by planning content calendars, creating engaging posts, stories, and reels, and monitoring performance metrics. Daily tasks include collaborating with the marketing and product teams on visual branding, adapting designs for different platforms, and maintaining a consistent brand identity. The role also requires staying updated on design and social media trends, organizing content assets, and supporting photoshoots or creative production as needed.
Qualifications
- Softwares like - Excel, Canva, Corel Draw, Photoshop, Procreate, Inshot, AI
- standing of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.) and content best practices
- Ability to translate brand values into visual concepts and storytelling
- Attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Fashion Communication, Visual Communication, or a related field
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant design work, especially lifestyle, fashion, or accessories-related projects
- Comfort working in an on-site, collaborative environment in Delhi, India
- Photography - photoshoot skills for Reels and Stories.
