Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Regulatory Affairs Specialist role based in Rajkot. The specialist will prepare, review, and maintain regulatory documentation to support product approvals and ongoing compliance across the group’s business verticals. The role includes monitoring and interpreting applicable regulatory requirements, advising internal stakeholders, and ensuring that company processes and products align with local and international regulations. The specialist will coordinate regulatory submissions, maintain records and tracking systems, and support audits and inspections by regulatory authorities. Collaboration with manufacturing, quality, legal, and management teams will be essential to anticipate regulatory risks and implement corrective actions where needed.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Regulatory Affairs and understanding of relevant Regulatory Requirements.
- Experience preparing and managing Regulatory Documentation for products and operations.
- Proven ability to handle Regulatory Submissions and processes with regulatory bodies.
- Strong background in Regulatory Compliance, including implementation and monitoring of compliance programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, pharmacy, law, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Knowledge of regulations applicable to manufacturing, exports, and industrial operations; familiarity with international standards is beneficial.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
