Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajkot. This team member will plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns across platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement. Daily responsibilities include creating and scheduling content, managing social media calendars, monitoring performance metrics, and responding to audience interactions. The specialist will collaborate with designers and writers to develop creative concepts, stay current with trends and platform updates, and provide regular insights and reports to enhance overall digital marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing for planning and executing campaigns.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop engaging, brand-aligned content.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and interacting with audiences.
- Relevant experience managing brand accounts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn is beneficial.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics, use scheduling and analytics tools, and make data-informed recommendations.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of visual storytelling and brand voice.
- Prior agency experience or background in branding, advertising, or related fields is an advantage.
