About the Role
TRADEGENIUZ CAPITAL PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing & Content Growth Manager to lead our digital marketing and social media growth initiatives.
This is not just a posting role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of content strategy, audience growth, digital campaigns, lead generation, brand visibility, and performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the overall digital marketing and content growth strategy.
* Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
* Plan strategies for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, long-form videos and other social media content.
* Build monthly and weekly content calendars.
* Identify trending topics, hooks and content opportunities.
* Work closely with video editors, designers, content creators and the sales team.
* Improve Instagram/YouTube reach, followers, engagement and brand visibility.
* Generate qualified leads and support conversion-focused campaigns.
* Monitor campaign metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPM, engagement and conversions.
* Analyze content performance and continuously test new growth strategies.
* Maintain consistency in the company’s brand positioning across digital platforms.
* Prepare regular marketing and growth performance reports.

* Analytics and Performance Reporting
* Creative Direction & Content Ideation
* Team Coordination
Experience in financial services, trading, education, fintech or similar industries will be an added advantage.
Who We’re Looking For
Someone who can think beyond simply posting content. You should understand why content works, how audiences grow, how paid and organic marketing work together, and how marketing ultimately contributes to business growth.
Candidates with a strong portfolio, previous campaign results or examples of social media accounts they have grown will be preferred.
