We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes social media, understands tech deeply, and communicates like a pro.
🔍 What You’ll Do
- Plan, create, and execute content calendars for multiple brands across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Manage posting schedules, captions, hashtags, and platform optimization
- Coordinate with designers, editors, and the strategy team to bring ideas to life
- Track performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly/ monthly reports
- Stay updated with trends, platform updates, and AI tools
- Oversee community management: replies, DMs, comments, and engagement
- Bring fresh ideas, tech-driven experiments, and growth insights to the table
🎯 You're a Perfect Fit If You…
- Are tech-savvy and comfortable using new tools (AI tools, scheduling platforms, analytics, etc.)
- Have great written and verbal communication skills
- Understand social media algorithms and content formats
- Have a strong sense of aesthetic, storytelling, and brand voice
- Can manage multiple projects and deadlines without chaos
- Are proactive, responsible, and ready to level up with Expansio
📌 Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
- Knowledge of paid ads (Meta/Google)
- Experience working with agencies, creators, or doctors
