Content Creator – Instagram
Role: Full-time | In-house
We're looking for a content creator who can build HashFame's Instagram play.
Someone who lives and breathes Instagram, is comfortable in front of the camera, and knows how to turn content into an engaged, growing audience.
Our audience is professional content creators who are full-time content creators, working with brands and growing their earnings and business.
What you'll do
- Own Instagram growth from 0 to 1, from content strategy to execution.
- Be the face of our Instagram content, especially Reels.
- Ideate, script, shoot, edit, and publish content independently.
- Identify trends, experiment with formats, and build repeatable content series.
- Understand what professional creators care about and create content they genuinely want to follow and share.
- Track growth, engagement, and content performance, and continuously improve.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience growing an Instagram page from scratch, organically.
- Strong on-camera presence, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently create engaging, Instagram-native content.
- Good understanding of Instagram's creator ecosystem, trends, and audience behaviour.
- Basic video shooting and editing skills.
- Someone who takes complete ownership, rather than waiting for briefs or instructions.
You may have editing support as we scale, but content direction, execution, and growth will be your responsibility.
