Job details:
The role
You own every static and motion thing Savaro puts into the world - for clients and for us.
That means banners, social posts, carousels, LinkedIn creatives, thumbnails, icons, ad creatives, logos, favicons, websites and landing page design. Custom, every time, to the requirement. Not a template with the logo swapped. If a layout can be guessed from the last one, it is not finished.
But the design is only half of it. The other half is deciding what should exist at all. You build the calendar, you sequence the posts so one sets up the next, you spot the trend before it saturates, and you bend it into something a brand can actually stand behind. Anyone can post a trend three weeks late. The value is in the week you were early, and in knowing which trends a boutique-wholesale brand should ignore entirely.
You will work across four to six live accounts plus Savaro's own brand. Savaro's content is not the thing you do when client work is done - it is on the same calendar, with the same standard.
What you'll own day to day
- Static creative, end to end. Roughly 40–60 static and motion deliverables a month across accounts, plus in-house. Concept, design, revision, export, ship.
- Moodboards before pixels. Every new brand, campaign, or shoot starts with a moodboard that gets approved before design begins. This is how we stop three rounds of revision from happening.
- Trend identification and adaptation. Watch, catch early, filter hard, adapt to the brand. Bring the ones worth doing, and be able to argue why the others aren't.
- Content calendars. Built and locked for each client and for Savaro before the month starts, with a defensible post sequence - not fifteen unrelated slots.
- Strategy behind the calendar. What pillar, what audience, what job each post does. A calendar without a reason is a list.
- Publishing and scheduling. You create it, you manage it, you post it.
- Prompt engineering as a working tool. Not a buzzword on your CV. You should be able to get a usable first frame, moodboard, background, or variation out of an AI tool faster than you could source it, and know when the tool is the wrong choice.
What you need
- Your own laptop, capable of running the below without a fight. (Optional)
- Figma, Adobe (Photoshop/Illustrator), Canva, Affinity: working fluency, not tutorial familiarity.
- ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Kling: daily use, with a point of view on what each one is actually good at.
- A portfolio. It matters more than your years. Send the work you'd defend, not the work that got the most likes.
- English and Hindi/Hinglish both usable in copy. Our audiences are not all in one register.
What this role is not
Read this part properly. It saves us both a month.
- It is not a role where a senior designer checks your work. There isn't one. The QA is a written system, and you learn it.
- It is not a template job. If you are fastest when you have a preset, you will be slow here.
- It is not for someone who needs a fully-formed brief. The brief will often be a client's WhatsApp voice note and a deadline.
- It is not remote. We work in-office, in Jaipur.
- CTC: Up to 3.5L
