About the Role
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media & Content Growth Manager to lead our social media presence, build engaging content, grow communities, and generate qualified leads through organic channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Drive organic follower growth, reach, engagement and audience retention.
- Identify trends, content opportunities and emerging formats.
Content Strategy & Creation
- Build monthly content calendars aligned with business and brand objectives.
- Develop high-performing Reels, Shorts, long-form videos and expert-led content.
- Write scripts, hooks, captions and CTAs focused on retention and engagement.
- Plan and direct end-to-end content production.
Lead Generation & Conversion
- Build organic content funnels to convert audience engagement into qualified leads.
- Develop webinar, DM and CTA-based acquisition strategies.
- Work closely with sales teams to understand customer pain points and objections.
Analytics & Optimization
- Track content performance using Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite and YouTube Analytics.
- Analyze reach, retention, engagement and conversion metrics.
- Continuously optimize content formats and strategy based on performance.
Brand & Authority Building
- Build expert-led content and personal branding initiatives.
- Develop content that establishes credibility and thought leadership.
- Repurpose high-performing content across multiple platforms.
Ideal Candidate
- 3–5 years of experience in social media, content marketing or growth marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video.
- Hands-on experience with scripting, content planning and production.
- Strong analytical and creative thinking.
- Experience generating leads through organic social media.
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating with creative and sales teams.
- BFSI background, Insurance background would be a plus
