Social Media Content Creator Manager
What You’ll Do
· Develop and execute a content and social media strategy aligned with the brand’s positioning and business goals.
· Build and manage monthly and campaign-based content calendars.
· Create fresh and engaging concepts for Instagram Reels, posts, stories, videos, and other digital content.
· Develop creative ideas, scripts, captions, hooks, and storytelling concepts.
· Turn products and brand stories into visually appealing and engaging content.
· Plan and coordinate product photoshoots and video shoots.
· Work closely with photographers, videographers, designers, editors, and external creative partners.
· Stay updated with social media trends and identify opportunities to create relevant content.
· Maintain a consistent luxury and premium visual identity across social platforms.
· Monitor content performance, engagement, reach, and audience growth.
· Analyse performance data and use insights to improve the content strategy.
· Support influencer collaborations, brand campaigns, product launches, and other digital initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
· 2–5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, content strategy, or digital marketing.
· Experience with luxury, home décor, lifestyle, fashion, beauty, hospitality, or premium consumer brands is preferred.
· Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, Stories, YouTube, and other social platforms.
· Strong creative thinking with an excellent eye for visual aesthetics, styling, and storytelling.
· Good copywriting and script-writing skills.
· Hands-on knowledge of tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar platforms.
· Ability to take a content idea from concept → shoot → creation → publishing → performance analysis.
· Strong communication, coordination, and project-management skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
· Portfolio or links to previous work are required.
