Position Overview:
We're looking for a camera-friendly Video Content Creator to front our YouTube and Instagram content, taking videos from idea to upload for students aged 17 to 25.
Core Responsibilities:
• On-Camera Hosting: Present videos, Shorts, and Reels in Hindi and English.
• Trend Research: Track what's working with students aged 17 to 25.
• Scripting & Thumbnails: Write hook-driven scripts and design click-worthy thumbnails.
• Production Alignment: Coordinate with the production team to create and publish content on time.
• AI Tools: Use Claude and Gemini for research and image generation.
Qualifications & Skills:
Mandatory Requirements
• Confident on camera
• Fluent in Hindi and English
• Strong grasp of Gen Z student content
• Scripting and thumbnail design skills
• Hands-on with Claude and Gemini
Preferred (Added Advantage)
• Personal channel or content portfolio
• Basic video editing skills
