LayerOne Social is hiring a creative, confident and camera-friendly Social Media Intern to work across home décor, home gifting, F&B, cafés, bakeries and personal branding projects.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, with regular shoots at cafés, bakeries, studios, client locations and creators’ homes.
You’ll:
- Create and manage Reels, UGC-style content, and BTS content.
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, launches, festivals, gifting, and promotional offers.
- Research current trends, hooks, content formats, and trending audio.
- Support creator/influencer collaborations, briefing, coordination, and execution.
- Assist during shoots and coordinate products, props, locations, and other shoot requirements.
- Manage comments and DMs while maintaining each brand’s tone of voice.
- Track key content metrics, including reach, engagement, saves, shares, and overall performance.
- Support personal branding content and maintain a consistent visual identity and brand aesthetic.
- Coordinate with the creative team to ensure content is planned, approved, and published on time.
You’ll be great fit if you:
- Are confident and comfortable appearing on camera.
- Understand Instagram Reels, Stories, trends, hooks, and social-first content.
- Have basic hands-on experience with content creation or social media.
- Communicate clearly, take initiative, and bring fresh creative ideas.
- Have a genuine interest in food, design, décor, gifting, and lifestyle brands.
- Are comfortable attending shoots and working across multiple locations when required.
- Can adapt to different brand personalities and visual styles.
- Are proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment.
