Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator and Social Media Intern role based in Gurugram. The intern will support the marketing team by creating engaging content for social media platforms, including short-form videos, photos, reels, and posts that highlight Eggoz’s products, farmer stories, and brand values. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in content planning, drafting captions and copy, scheduling posts, monitoring trends, and contributing ideas for campaigns to increase engagement and brand awareness. The role also involves basic community management, such as responding to comments and messages, collecting feedback, and coordinating with internal teams for updates and content approvals. The intern will help track performance of content, compile simple reports, and suggest improvements to optimize reach and impact.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess content creation skills, including basic copywriting, visual storytelling, and an eye for engaging social media formats.
- Candidates should possess social media skills, such as familiarity with major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn), trends, and basic posting and scheduling tools.
- Candidates should possess design and editing skills, including basic proficiency with tools like Canva, simple video editing apps, or similar software.
- Candidates should possess research and communication skills to understand the brand, audience, and farmer stories, and to craft clear, gender-neutral, and inclusive messaging.
- Candidates should possess organizational skills, including time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant coursework or experience in Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, Design, or a related field is beneficial.
- Interest in food, nutrition, rural impact, or agriculture-focused brands, and willingness to learn and experiment with new content ideas, is an advantage.
