We are looking for a smart, articulate, organised, and aesthetically inclined individual to join our team as a Social Media & Business Operations Executive.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys a mix of creative work, communication, and business management. You will help shape our social media presence, communicate with prospective and existing clients, coordinate day-to-day activities, and ensure that the business runs smoothly.
The ideal candidate has excellent English communication skills, a strong eye for aesthetics, good judgement, and the ability to take ownership of tasks without constant supervision.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media & Content
- Manage the company's social media accounts and maintain a consistent, premium brand identity.
- Plan and execute content calendars for Instagram and other relevant platforms.
- Create aesthetically pleasing posts, carousels, stories, and basic reels using Canva and similar tools.
- Write clear, engaging, grammatically strong captions and social media copy.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and other team members to execute content.
- Track content performance and identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and lead generation.
2. Business Administration & Operations
- Manage daily administrative tasks and maintain organised records, spreadsheets, and internal trackers.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and operational requirements.
- Keep track of incoming leads, follow-ups, pending tasks, and client progress.
- Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns, partnerships, and other business initiatives.
- Identify gaps in day-to-day processes and suggest practical improvements.
What We Are Looking For
- Excellent written and spoken English, with strong grammar and the ability to communicate confidently.
- A strong aesthetic sense and an understanding of clean, modern, premium branding.
- Good working knowledge of Canva, Instagram, and basic social media tools.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence in speaking to clients and handling professional conversations.
- A proactive, resourceful mindset with the ability to solve problems independently.
- Emotional intelligence, maturity, and the ability to understand people.
- Comfort working across creative, administrative, and client-facing responsibilities.
- A willingness to learn, take ownership, and contribute to a growing business.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is smart, dependable, communicates exceptionally well, and can think beyond a checklist of tasks.
What We Offer
- An opportunity to work closely with the founder and understand how a growing business operates.
- Exposure to branding, marketing, client experience, and business operations.
- A collaborative environment with scope to learn, take initiative, and grow with the company.
- Meaningful work in a business focused on helping people make better career decisions.
