๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฑ:
โข Team Leader: 1โ2 years of experience in US Logistics Brokerage / Freight Brokerage operations.
โข Operations Manager: 1+ years of experience in US Logistics Brokerage / Freight Brokerage operations.
๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
โข Manage daily freight operations and ensure smooth shipment execution from pickup to delivery.
โข Lead, guide, and monitor the operations team.
โข Coordinate with carriers, customers, sales, and internal teams.
โข Monitor load coverage, shipment status, escalations, and operational performance.
โข Track KPIs, productivity, and targets while improving processes and service quality.
โข Build strong carrier relationships and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐ช๐ฒโ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐๐ผ๐ผ๐ธ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ผ๐ฟ:
โข Knowledge of US freight brokerage operations and equipment types such as Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, and LTL.
โข Experience in carrier management, load planning, and shipment coordination.
โข Familiarity with TMS, DAT, Truckstop, or other freight tools.
โข Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
โข Good written and spoken English.
