Social Media Associate

At ARAKU Coffee, social media isn't about chasing trends—it's about telling stories that build one of India's most premium coffee brands.
We're looking for someone who understands how great brands are built through consistent storytelling, thoughtful content, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior.
You will be responsible for :
- Developing social media content and campaign ideas rooted in brand strategy.
- Creating compelling storytelling across Instagram, YouTube and other digital channels.
- Working with designers, photographers, videographers and creators to bring concepts to life.
- Planning content calendars that balance brand building with business goals.
- Writing high-quality copy and ensuring every piece of content reflects ARAKU's premium positioning.
- Tracking performance and using insights to improve future content.
We are looking for someone who -
- Has 2–3 years of experience in social media, content or brand marketing.
- Thinks like a marketer first, creator second.
- Understands premium and luxury brands, positioning and consumer behaviour.
- Believes storytelling creates long-term brand value.
- Can develop strong content concepts—not just execute trends.
- Has excellent writing and communication skills.
- Is curious, detail-oriented and constantly looking for better ideas.
