Role Description The Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations at assigned project sites in Bengaluru, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards and project specifications. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal project teams, monitoring progress against schedules, and reporting site status, risks, and resource needs to project managers. The role involves supervising installation and commissioning activities for electrical and related systems, conducting regular site inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company procedures. The Site Supervisor will also maintain documentation such as daily logs, material usage records, and inspection reports, while supporting resolution of on-site technical and operational issues. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong site supervision and project coordination skills, including experience in monitoring work progress, managing contractors, and handling daily site operations.
- Candidates should possess technical skills in electrical systems and construction practices, with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Candidates should possess safety and compliance skills, including knowledge of relevant safety standards, risk assessment, and implementation of safe work practices at construction sites.
- Candidates should possess communication and stakeholder management skills, including clear reporting, effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Candidates should possess organizational and documentation skills, including maintaining site records, preparing status reports, and tracking materials and resources.
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field, with prior experience in site supervision for electrical or construction projects, is preferred.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (email, spreadsheets, project documentation tools) and willingness to adapt
