Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, vendors, and site teams
• Monitor work progress and ensure timely project completion
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Coordinate civil, interior, MEP, and finishing works
• Monitor manpower, materials, and site requirements
• Prepare and submit daily site progress reports
• Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained at the site.
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in interior fit-out and construction projects
✔ Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a relevant qualification
✔ Good knowledge of site execution and project coordination
✔ Ability to read and understand drawings
✔ Good communication and problem-solving skills
✔ Immediate joiners will be preferred.
