Position: Civil / Site Engineer
Location: Project Site
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and execution-focused Civil / Site Engineer to manage day-to-day site activities and ensure timely, safe, and quality execution of civil works.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Plan and monitor manpower, machinery, and material requirements.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Execute work as per project schedule and achieve planned targets.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Verify measurements and maintain site records.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Identify and resolve site execution issues promptly.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update work status.
- Support billing, planning, and quantity verification when required.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–8 years of experience in infrastructure, industrial, or building construction projects.
- Ability to read drawings and execute work accordingly.
- Knowledge of surveying, RCC, earthwork, structural, and finishing works.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and basic project documentation is preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
