ArchPro is looking for an experienced Project Architect who can bridge design and execution, coordinate with clients, consultants, and design partners, and ensure projects are delivered with precision while preserving the original design intent from concept to completion.

Role Overview
As a Project Engineer, you will take ownership of project execution from commencement through final handover. You will coordinate across site teams, contractors, vendors, consultants, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within quality standards, and in accordance with approved drawings.
This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and excellent coordination skills to manage multiple stakeholders while driving execution and solving on-site challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day site execution and ensure work progresses according to project schedules.
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams throughout project execution.
- Ensure construction quality aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
- Monitor project timelines, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.
- Review site progress and maintain regular reporting for project management.
- Resolve technical and execution-related issues with minimal disruption to project timelines.
- Verify material planning, deliveries, and site resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with site safety practices and quality control procedures.
- Drive projects through to successful completion and final handover.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, site management, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, interior, and MEP drawings.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is preferred.
- Strong planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to travel across project locations when required.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Kochi.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering (or an equivalent qualification).
- 2–6 years of experience managing residential, interior, hospitality, or commercial construction projects.
- Proven experience leading contractors and delivering projects from execution through completion.
