About the Role
Vigour Plethora Pvt Ltd is looking for a hands-on and technically competent Site Engineer – Product Trials & Field Applications to plan, supervise, execute, monitor and document field trials of our specialised infrastructure and construction solutions.
The primary focus of this role will be the field application and performance monitoring of Orivon Turbo Patch, our rapid pothole and road repair solution, along with trials and demonstrations of other specialised grouting, road repair, soil stabilisation, foundation grouting and cementitious products in the company's portfolio.
This is a field-intensive role suitable for a Civil Engineer who enjoys working at project sites, coordinating with technical teams, contractors and government engineers, and translating product specifications into successful real-world applications.

Prepare material requirements, manpower requirements, equipment checklists and site-readiness plans before mobilisation.
Execution & Supervision of Product Trials
Supervise the complete application process for Orivon Turbo Patch and other products, including site preparation, material measurement, mixing, placement, compaction/vibration, finishing, setting and opening of the repaired area to traffic.
Ensure that prescribed product ratios, Technical Data Sheets, SOPs and application methodologies are strictly followed.
Quality Control
Verify product batch details, shelf life, packaging condition, mixing ratios, water and aggregate quantities and application methodology.
Identify and immediately report any deviation from the approved process or abnormal product behaviour.
Performance Monitoring
Conduct follow-up inspections of completed trials to assess surface integrity, cracking, settlement, debonding, edge failure, material loss, traffic performance and behaviour under rainfall or other site conditions.
Maintain systematic before-and-after photographic evidence and performance records at defined monitoring intervals.
Technical Documentation & Reporting
Maintain comprehensive records for every trial, including:
• Client and location details
• GPS/site details
• Site conditions and measurements
• Product and batch details
• Material quantities and consumption
• Mixing and application details
• Equipment and manpower deployed
• Start and completion times
• Setting/curing observations
• Traffic-opening time
• Before, during and after photographs/videos
• Client observations and feedback
• Follow-up requirements
Prepare structured Technical Trial Reports after major trials so that field results can subsequently support technical evaluation, product validation, certification, customer presentations and case studies.
Government & Client Coordination
Coordinate professionally with engineers and officials from Municipal Corporations, PWDs, infrastructure agencies, engineering institutions, contractors and other customers.
Explain the application methodology where required and ensure that observations made by client engineers or officials witnessing the trial are properly documented.
Site Safety
Ensure compliance with site safety requirements, including PPE, barricading, traffic management, warning signs, safe equipment operation, electrical safety and appropriate lighting during night operations.
The Site Engineer will have the responsibility to stop work where unsafe conditions could compromise personnel, public safety or trial integrity.
Material & Equipment Management
Ensure all required products, aggregates, water, mixers, cutting equipment, vibrators, generators, tools, PPE, barricades, lighting and documentation equipment are available before mobilisation.
Maintain accurate reconciliation of material issued, consumed and returned.

Why This Role Is Important
This is not merely a conventional construction-site supervision position.
The Site Engineer will play an important role in taking innovative infrastructure products from controlled technical specifications to successful real-world implementation:
Product → Field Application → Trial → Technical Evidence → Validation → Certification → Customer Acceptance → Commercial Deployment
For solutions such as Orivon Turbo Patch, credible field execution and systematic documentation are critical for demonstrating performance to Municipal Corporations, government agencies, engineering institutions and infrastructure customers.
We are therefore looking for a Site Engineer who can combine civil engineering knowledge, hands-on field execution, quality control, systematic documentation and professional client coordination to ensure that every product trial undertaken by Vigour Plethora becomes a measurable and technically defensible demonstration of product performance.
